Da’Myron Smith, also known as ‘Myron’ by some, is a rising artist and entrepreneur from the Shreveport, Louisiana area, now residing in the Dallas, Texas area. In the music business, Myron has set his eyes on the top, and is determined to reach there. Following his performance on the stages, he explains the hardships he has gone through. “The two biggest things I’ve lost being a business owner are finances and friendships. I’ve overcome struggles by firstly talking to God and my angels for guidance in times of betrayal, heartbreak, and turmoil. Afterwards I follow my heart. The thing that keeps me inspired to keep going is remembering every obstacle I’ve overcome. If I were to give up, all of my hard work would be in vain.” Myron makes an impact in the industry.
Myron, the artist who is now based in Dallas, is getting more popular. Seen performing at shows, he seems to always get the attention of others. Myron the artist is not one to give up and keeps his goals and intentions very clear. “The thing that I want people to take back from my work the most is to always believe in themselves and God and not lean too much on materialistic things and people that don’t serve them to their highest good and hold them back from being the best version of themselves.”His goal is to keep moving ahead and to create something meaningful with his music. Myron makes a difference in the music industry by putting in the hours of effort, enthusiasm, and motivation.
Myron went on to remark that his passion for music will always be a driving force in his life and that important persons in his life had a significant effect on his career. He says that his own passion and inspiration has gotten him where he is today. Myron views himself as an ambitious artist who has become more of an inspiration and a go-getter to others because of his work ethic and determination. “The most influential people to me growing up was my mother, Desean Jackson, J Cole, Kendrick Lamar, and my Grandmother, because no matter what obstacles they’ve faced, they’ve always kept going and persevered through anything and that taught me how to be as strong as I am today.” Others look up to him. The emphasis of Myron’s concentration is now on continuing to pursue his musical profession in order to build his already strong foundation even further than it is already. Myron has his sights set on the prize and realizes that in order to be successful, one must not only invest in oneself, but also in those who will invest in you in exchange for their efforts on his behalf.
