AUGUST 2023- HOUSTON, TEXAS-
FROISLIFE, also known as ‘FRO’ is a musical artist and drummer from Houston, Texas. In the music and entertainment industry, FRO, the artist, has set his eyes on the top, and is determined to reach there. From putting in work for years and building his credibility in the city, the artist is continuing to lead in the industry and his work catches the attention of his listeners fast. energetic, understanding, and driven, FRO has a strong goal with his music: he wants to stay committed to his work while building a legacy. “Right now I’m putting my blood, sweat, and literal tears into this project called “It’s Okay To Feel.” It’s going to be very different for me, so I don’t want it to be too many songs. All I know is every song will genuinely mean something. Really the project just embodies me wanting to be more transparent in my music. I’m letting people in so they can experience more of me expressing some more sensitive vulnerable emotions. It also represents a seasonal sonic shift for me too, which I think is cool. I felt like that would still be creative, even if the body of work isn’t completely. It’s definitely going to be emotionally charged though.” FRO is destined for greatness. So I have a new single called ‘GLUE’ that will be coming out late September. It means a whole lot to me, so you guys gotta check that out. And that’s going to basically lead into my next project ‘It’s Okay To Feel’, which is gonna drop early to mid Fall. When that shit starts going’ up. We’ll tour in the Winter.
Although failure is common while traveling far from home, FRO, a successful artist who doesn’t give up easily, isn’t one to do that. He treats his working relationships seriously. His aspiration is to keep moving ahead and use his music to make a positive difference despite the difficulties. He describes some insight on the struggles he has overcome with positive words. “Honestly what is inspiring me is the results. For a while it seemed like making music was all for nothing sometimes.Or even just me having thoughts like, ‘Damn man when is this gonna start turning into something real?’ And I feel like I’ve been doing this long enough now to where I finally see some of the fruits from the seeds I planted years ago. And that is something that just drives me to continue to go even harder. Also my fans, my family.” FRO makes an impact in the industry.

Where are you from?
I was born in Houston. Lived there in Missouri City until I was like 12. I had to go to Atascocita because my parents had split up so I ended up going to Middle and High school out there in Atascocita.
As a business owner, what are some obstacles you have had to overcome to get where you are at?
Definitely doubt. The people looking on from the outside who are programmed to do things a certain way, or who just don’t get the vision. Also failure. It’s just a much different process than school or a job, so sometimes you gotta really fail to even get on the right path. I think that’s very difficult to do again and again if you’re not mentally prepared.
FRO has been well-known in his city and in others for a long time. FRO the artist never gives up and is quite clear about his aims and ambitions, even through times of hardship. “First and foremost just keeping faith. Faith in yourself, faith in whatever you believe in. Faith that this all is gonna work out no matter what. Remembering that I’m all I got sometimes also really helped me get through a lot too. I started in a duo, so I think that was a crutch for me in my earlier years. I feel like knowing I can’t fully rely on anyone else helped me overcome a lot. And man, just controlling your thoughts. Your mind, manifestations, ruminations, all that. The things you think have power. I’m going to just leave it at that.” His goal is to keep moving ahead and to create something meaningful with his music. FRO makes a difference in the music industry by putting in the hours of effort, enthusiasm, and motivation.

FRO continues by saying that his love of music would always be his motivation in life. “Most influential person in my life is my dad for sure! A lot of the way I am is definitely from him, he’s a super well rounded dude. That’s the homie.Wiz Khalifa too. I’d say just watching him super early in the vlog era and just to see how much he’s progressed is crazy. Lastly and most importantly my grandma, Gammy. Rest in Peace. She really is the reason why I ever even believed I could achieve any of this in the first place. She was really my first biggest fan and that energy will live with and through me forever.” FRO sees himself as an ambitious artist who, because of his perseverance and work ethic, has more recently inspired and motivated others. Others look up to him.
FRO’s passion for creating his songs have pushed his drive and work ethic. He stays focused, honed, and disciplined in his work. “My upcoming work especially displays this; Channel your pain and real experiences through your music. Give people something real to connect to and to resonate with. In whatever way that means to you. I’m not saying go get on no extra deep bullshit if you are a trap artist or something, I’m just saying find a way to make that shit meaningful. Aside from that, just express yourself authentically. People will love you more for it.” FRO makes an impact in the industry.
The emphasis of FRO’s concentration is now on continuing to pursue his musical profession in order to build his already strong foundation even further than it is already. FRO has his sights set on the prize.
