Up and coming musical artist, Se7en HBK, also known as ‘Seven’, is from Toronto, Canada. He stays devoted and has worked hard on his craft for many years. He has a lot of stuff coming up and new projects that have dropped. With great knowledge, and experience in his field, he remains more serious and dedicated to his work, and focused with each endeavor. A goal for Seven has always been to keep grinding. He speaks more on it. “I'm working on multiple projects right now but currently I’m focusing on my album ‘Diamonds & Roses’ that shares a story of my past life experiences. It talks about love, hate and forgiveness. My team and I are working to try to have it released sometime in 2024. I am also working on releasing a new single audio called ‘love mistro’. Love mistro was inspired by the things that were going on in my life and feelings that I had going through them.”Seven is a well-rounded person who refuses to give up even when things don't go as planned. He wants to keep moving forward and use his work to do good things.
Seven understands the importance of being faithful and steadfast on his journey and remains successful through his endeavors. Despite the ups and downs that life brings naturally, Seven remains focused and honed on his craft. His personal connections have pushed him to be where he is at, and he continues to leave his mark amongst his clients and interactions. “What’s inspiring me right now is the close people around me. I push myself to stay positive for the people around me and make music that will inspire and change their lives too.”
As an artist, Seven is currently concentrating on expanding upon his already solid base and making it even stronger. Successful individuals make investments in themselves as well as diversity in others who will assist them on their path to success. And Seven is aware of this. “How I overcome my struggles to be where I am today is through God, Jesus Christ and praying. Everyone has different beliefs in the world and personally for me and everything I’ve been through, I know he has helped me overcome my struggles.”
Where are you from?
I was born in Toronto, Canada and was raised throughout different places in the city but mostly grew up in Lawrence Heights.
Give Three qualities that describe you:
1. Creative- When it comes to my music and writing, I use creative techniques to draw out my fans.
2. Introverted- I would say I’m a introvert because I’m a guy who likes to keep to himself and observe my surroundings. I only keep close friends and family around and you can see this is my music.
3. Ambitious- I’m always determined and driven to succeed or achieve the best I can for myself and the people around me. I try to maintain a positive energy at all times and that’s what keeps me focused.
Seven’s goal is to make people want to see more of him, which he has done already in the studio and on stage. By putting in the hours of work, commitment, and inspiration both in front of and behind the scenes in the year 2023, he makes a difference in the personal training business and the community. He talks about some aspects of the year that really made an impact in his life. “As a business owner I’ve learned that it’s not easy starting up a business from the ground up as an independent artist. There's a lot that goes on behind the cameras and the videos, a lot of planning, marketing, and real life business things to deal with. not everyone will see your vision and some won’t support or believe in you but I just try to stay focused and always believe in myself and my talents.” He keeps a positive mind toward dropping his work and projects consistently. Hard Working, a forever student, and God Like, Seven remains humble through his journey.
Even though Seven is devoted to perfecting the art of his business to the highest level, his hardships have made him want to do even better in his business as well. “I want my work display to motivate and inspire others to make great sounding music, new waves for the next generation to come and also let them know that no matter what your going through or how hard life gets never give up and always be yourself there others people that love you for who u are and appreciate it.”
Who are the most influential people in your life?
I don’t really have an influence but growing up where I'm from there’s a couple other artists that started making music before me that kind of influenced me to become an artist and show me it was possible coming from where we’re from.
