Dr. Gerald Smith Jr. is a native of Hartford, Connecticut. He pursued his higher education at Norfolk State University, Ohio Christian University, and the Atlantic Coast Theological Seminary. He earned an Associate degree in Social Services in Mental Health, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian Counseling, a Master's degree in Christian Counseling and Therapy, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Christian Counseling. He is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. He is a Board-Certified Life Coach and a Board-Certified Counselor through the International Board of Christian Care.

Dr. Smith is a Certified Business Consultant and a Cognitive Behavioral Life Coach. He holds various certifications in the business administration, diversity, business acumen, ethics and risk management, the business mastery, financial management, positive psychology and soul care, and executive leadership coaching from Morgan State University, Light University and other organizations.

He provides a Christian worldview and integrates sound biblical principles to help his clients grow, develop, and pursue their passion.
