Quintence McCarthy, also known as ‘GVRDEN’ is a rising artist from the south Dallas, Texas area. In the music business, GVRDEN has set his eyes on the top, and is determined to reach there. A creative, and sagacious leader, GVRDEN, has a strong goal: he wants to stay committed to his work while building a legacy. “Creatively, I am working on visuals for my album ‘Don’t Do Drugs’ and just stacking up on my paintings.”
Even though failure is typical while traveling away from home, not for GVRDEN, who is a successful artist and who isn't one to give up easily. He takes his collaborations seriously. His ambition is to keep going forward and to use his music to contribute to something worthwhile. Following his performance on the stages, he explains the hardships he has gone through. “I overcome my struggles by praying and staying connected to God. By being present in my life, I am able to recognize and acknowledge the things that hinders me from growing, so I give it up to the Lord and continue to go out into this world being the best version of myself.” GVRDEN makes an impact in the industry.

My family, and nature.
As a business owner, what are some obstacles have you had to overcome to get where you are at?
As an artist, one thing that I had to overcome was my lack of confidence. Once I gained more confidence and once I tapped into a different frequency, my creative juices just started flowing, and I acted upon them, not being scared and really sticking behind my creative process, I make great music and I want people to experience it, to step into my world.
What do you have coming up right now that you want others to know about?
Just be on the lookout for creative visuals for my new album “Don’t Do Drugs”.

GVRDEN views himself as an ambitious artist who has become more of an inspiration and a go-getter to others because of his work ethic and determination. “God, My wife, and nature has been very influential in my life” Others look up to him. The emphasis of GVRDEN’s concentration is now on continuing to pursue his musical profession in order to build his already strong foundation even further than it is already. GVRDEN has his sights set on the prize and realizes that in order to be successful, one must not only invest in oneself, but also in those who will invest in you in exchange for their efforts on his behalf.
